    1. Eligibility

    The No Low T Invitational is intended for adults age 18 and older.

    By using this website or registering for an event, you confirm that:

    • you are at least 18 years old
    • the information you provide is accurate
    • you understand participation may involve physical activity and personal responsibility

    2. Event Participation & Assumption of Risk

    NLT events may include activities such as:

    • golf
    • sporting clays / shooting sports
    • kart racing
    • arcade competitions
    • poker tournaments
    • outdoor activities
    • alcohol consumption
    • physical competition

    Participation is voluntary and done at your own risk.

    By attending or participating in any NLT event or related activity, you acknowledge that:

    • physical injury is possible
    • accidents may occur
    • weather and environmental conditions may vary
    • third-party venues operate independently
    • you are responsible for your own decisions, conduct, safety, and physical condition

    You agree to assume all risks associated with participation.

    NLT, its organizers, sponsors, partners, volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, damages, losses, theft, accidents, or claims arising from participation in event activities except where prohibited by law.

    3. Personal Responsibility & Conduct

    The No Low T Invitational is built around camaraderie, competition, and mutual respect.

    Participants are expected to:

    • act responsibly
    • follow venue rules and local laws
    • treat attendees, staff, sponsors, and venues respectfully
    • use sound judgment during activities involving vehicles, firearms, alcohol, or physical competition

    We reserve the right to remove or deny participation to anyone whose behavior:

    • creates safety concerns
    • damages property
    • threatens others
    • disrupts the event experience
    • violates laws or venue policies

    No refunds are guaranteed for removal due to misconduct.

    4. Registration & Payments

    Event registration is not considered complete until payment has been received and confirmed.

    Pricing, schedules, venues, activities, and included items may change as event planning evolves.

    NLT reserves the right to:

    • modify event schedules
    • substitute venues or activities
    • adjust pricing
    • limit attendance
    • deny registrations at our discretion

    5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Because many NLT activities require advance reservations, deposits, venue commitments, and third-party scheduling, refunds are not guaranteed.

    If a participant cancels:

    • we will make reasonable efforts to issue partial or full refunds where possible
    • some event fees may already be committed and non-refundable
    • certain activities such as golf tee times, racing reservations, lodging, or shooting events may prevent refunds from being issued

    If NLT must cancel or significantly modify the event, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates and determine appropriate next steps.

    6. Merchandise Sales

    All merchandise sales are subject to product availability.

    We reserve the right to:

    • limit quantities
    • adjust pricing
    • discontinue items
    • refuse fraudulent or suspicious orders

    Minor variations in color, print placement, sizing, or distressing may occur and are not considered defects.

    7. Media Release

    The No Low T Invitational is a public-facing event and media brand.

    By attending NLT events or participating in related activities, you grant NLT permission to capture and use:

    • photos
    • videos
    • audio recordings
    • social media content
    • interviews
    • likeness and appearance

    This content may be used in:

    • promotional materials
    • social media
    • websites
    • advertisements
    • sponsor campaigns
    • highlight videos
    • future event marketing

    No compensation is owed for such usage.

    If you have concerns regarding media usage, contact us before participating.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All website content, branding, logos, graphics, slogans, event names, videos, merchandise designs, and related materials are owned by NLT unless otherwise stated.

    You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use NLT materials without written permission.

    9. Third-Party Venues & Sponsors

    NLT events may take place at independently owned venues or involve sponsor participation.

    NLT is not responsible for:

    • third-party venue operations
    • venue policies
    • sponsor products or services
    • external websites or links
    • third-party conduct

    Participation at partner venues remains subject to their individual rules and policies.

    10. Website Use

    You agree not to:

    • attempt unauthorized access
    • interfere with site functionality
