Event Terms & Registration Details

The All-In registration covers the official NLT competition events and activities described on the site.

Poker buy-in is included. The $100 Texas Hold'em buy-in is part of your $550 — not an extra charge.

For Clays, participation costs are covered, including range fees, firearm, ammunition, and required eye and ear protection.

For Karts, race participation and required venue safety equipment are included.

Your food at the Awards Ceremony is included. Your drinks are not.

The registration also includes a $75 NLT merchandise credit.

You are responsible for:

• Travel to and from Reno
• Hotel or lodging
• Transportation between events
• Food and drinks at the Opening Ceremony
• Drinks at the Awards Ceremony
• Survivors Breakfast food and drinks
• Food or drinks during other event activities unless stated otherwise
• Personal purchases
• Personal gambling outside the official included poker event

Each attendee handles his own transportation between NLT locations. NLT does not promise shuttle or transportation service.

Full All-In attendees receive a unique $75 merchandise code after payment is verified. The code is manually issued by NLT and should generally arrive within 48 hours of verified payment.

The $75 credit:

• Is single-use
• Expires 280 days after registration
• Can be used before or after the Invitational
• Applies toward merchandise
• Includes applicable tax
• Includes standard shipping
• May be used toward an order over $75, with you paying the difference

If your purchase total is less than $75, the unused balance is forfeited. There is no remaining balance after the code is used.

If you cancel before using the merch credit, the unused $75 may be included in the refundable portion of your registration. Once the merch credit has been used, that $75 is considered spent and is non-refundable.

The target registration cutoff is 15 days before the Invitational.

Late registration may still be accepted if NLT and the venues can accommodate you. NLT may also close registration early if venue capacity or logistics require it.

Late registrants should understand that merchandise may not arrive before the event. If the merch benefit can't reasonably be fulfilled for a late registrant, NLT may refund the $75 merchandise portion.

NLT's goal is not to make money when someone has to cancel. If you cancel, NLT will refund whatever portion of your registration has not already been committed, spent, or made non-refundable on your behalf.

That may include:

• Venue deposits
• Reserved participant counts
• Event reservations
• Prepaid activity costs
• Non-refundable purchases
• Other costs already committed based on your attendance

If NLT doesn't incur a particular cost because you're no longer participating, the goal is not to charge you for that unused cost. Refund amounts are determined based on the actual circumstances at the time of cancellation.

Registrations are non-transferable and remain tied to the original attendee. Refunds are not automatically guaranteed for missed events caused by your own actions, attire, behavior, intoxication, or failure to comply with venue rules — those are reviewed case-by-case.

You're responsible for arriving prepared for each venue — appropriate golf attire for golf, closed-toe shoes for Karting and Clays, and compliance with any venue-specific safety requirements.

Each venue controls its own participation requirements. If a venue refuses to let you participate because you ignored attire, safety, or participation rules, NLT cannot guarantee a refund for that event. Any refund or credit in that situation is determined case-by-case.

Alcohol is not included unless specifically stated. You're responsible for your own alcohol purchases and your own behavior.

Drinking or intoxication is not permitted for Clays or Karting participation. If a venue or NLT determines that someone cannot safely participate because of alcohol or intoxication, he may be removed from that activity. Any related refund is case-by-case and is not guaranteed.

Don't be the guy who ruins the weekend.

Attendees are expected to:

• Respect the venues
• Respect the staff
• Respect the other guys
• Follow safety rules
• Avoid destructive, abusive, threatening, or seriously disruptive behavior

NLT may remove someone from an activity or the weekend for unsafe, abusive, destructive, or seriously disruptive conduct. Any refund after removal is determined case-by-case and is not guaranteed.

Individual venues may require their own waivers, releases, or participation forms. You're responsible for completing any required venue documents before participating.

By attending NLT, you acknowledge that photos and video may be taken during the weekend. NLT may use event photos and video for the NLT website, social media, future Invitational promotion, event recaps, and brand marketing.

You're responsible for your own belongings, equipment, vehicles, phones, wallets, clothing, and personal property during the weekend. NLT is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Payment for full registration is currently handled through Venmo. Payment confirmation is manual — allow up to 48 hours for payment verification and delivery of your unique merch code. There's no instant automated receipt or instant merch code.
