Event Terms & Registration Details

The All-In registration covers the official NLT competition events and activities described on the site.

Poker buy-in is included. The $100 Texas Hold'em buy-in is part of your $475 — not an extra charge.

For Clays, participation costs are covered, including range fees, your shotgun or an approved rental firearm, ammunition, clays, and required eye and ear protection.

For Karts, race participation and required venue safety equipment are included.

All-In includes entry into every official scored competition, including the Rotator Cup at no extra fee for eligible competitors.

The Awards Ceremony is free to attend, but your food and drinks there are not included — those are on you.

You are responsible for:

• Travel to and from Reno
• Hotel or lodging
• Transportation between events
• Food and drinks at the Opening Ceremony
• Food and drinks at the Awards Ceremony
• Survivors Breakfast food and drinks
• Food or drinks during other event activities unless stated otherwise
• Personal purchases
• Personal gambling outside the official included poker event

Each attendee handles his own transportation between NLT locations. NLT does not promise shuttle or transportation service.

Full All-In attendees receive a unique $75 merchandise code after payment is verified. The code is manually issued by NLT and should generally arrive within 48 hours of verified payment. Browse the official selection at the NLT Store.

The $75 credit:

• Is single-use
• Expires 280 days after registration
• Can be used before or after the Invitational
• Applies toward merchandise
• Includes applicable tax
• Includes standard shipping
• May be used toward an order over $75, with you paying the difference

If your purchase total is less than $75, the unused balance is forfeited. There is no remaining balance after the code is used.

If you cancel before using the merch credit, the unused $75 may be included in the refundable portion of your registration. Once the merch credit has been used, that $75 is considered spent and is non-refundable.

Seven events award championship points by placement:

• 1st place — 10 points
• 2nd place — 8 points
• 3rd place — 6 points
• 4th place — 5 points
• 5th place — 4 points
• 6th place and beyond — 3 points for participation

The 3 participation points require a valid recorded result. Signing up, attending, or attempting an event without a valid result earns zero. Each event keeps its own published rule for a valid incomplete golf or clays round.

Ties. Identical raw event results share the same placement and each receive the full points for that place; the following placement is skipped. For example, two competitors tied for first each get 10 points, and the next finisher is third (6 points).

Overall standings. Total championship points determine the overall standings. No points are awarded for All-In registration, merchandise purchases, or the Ironman label. A registered competitor can win without entering every event.

Breaking an overall points tie. Ties are broken in this order: most event wins; then most second-place finishes; then most thirds, fourths, and fifths. If still tied, compare head-to-head results in the events the tied competitors both entered. If head-to-head still cannot separate them (for example, more than two tied competitors with no shared events), the tie is resolved by the Rotator Cup rematch below.

Rotator Cup rematch. If event results still cannot separate the tied leaders, a sudden-death Rotator Cup rematch is held at the awards. Each tied competitor gets one attempt under the published Rotator rules, with equal rest and the same Mug and fill level. The longest valid time wins. A competitor may use either arm, including his non-dominant arm, but must choose one arm before his attempt and cannot switch during it. If rematch times tie, repeat with equal rest.

High-card draw. If a tied competitor cannot safely lift the Mug with either arm, a witnessed high-card draw is used among the still-tied competitors instead. A standard deck is shuffled in view of the competitors, one card is drawn per man, and equal high cards are redrawn until there is one winner. Rank order, high to low, is Ace, King, Queen, Jack, 10 down to 2; aces are the highest card. No one is pressured to lift the Mug while injured.

The Commissioner announces the final ruling and awards The Mug only after the standings are finalized. For the live scoring breakdown, head to Live Leaderboard.

A competitor with a valid recorded result in at least one earlier scored event may enter the Rotator Cup for championship points at no additional charge. Everyone else may try the Mug for free, but their attempt is exhibition only: it is not recorded as an official event score, not included in Rotator placement, not awarded points, and does not affect the championship.

Competitors must submit any outstanding scores by the end of the final official Rotator Cup attempt on Saturday evening. A 30-minute review and dispute window then opens for the Commissioner to verify pending scores, correct documented recording errors, and resolve challenges. A correction during this window does not create a new attempt or an unearned result.

The Mug is not awarded while scores are pending or a timely dispute is unresolved. The Commissioner closes review and marks the standings final before the awards announcement, with a clear finalization timestamp and an audit trail of score approvals and corrections. The target registration cutoff is 15 days before the Invitational.

Late registration may still be accepted if NLT and the venues can accommodate you. NLT may also close registration early if venue capacity or logistics require it.

Late registrants should understand that merchandise may not arrive before the event. If the merch benefit can't reasonably be fulfilled for a late registrant, NLT may refund the $75 merchandise portion.

NLT's goal is not to make money when someone has to cancel. If you cancel, NLT will refund whatever portion of your registration has not already been committed, spent, or made non-refundable on your behalf.

That may include:

• Venue deposits
• Reserved participant counts
• Event reservations
• Prepaid activity costs
• Non-refundable purchases
• Other costs already committed based on your attendance

If NLT doesn't incur a particular cost because you're no longer participating, the goal is not to charge you for that unused cost. Refund amounts are determined based on the actual circumstances at the time of cancellation.

Registrations are non-transferable and remain tied to the original attendee. Refunds are not automatically guaranteed for missed events caused by your own actions, attire, behavior, intoxication, or failure to comply with venue rules — those are reviewed case-by-case.

You're responsible for arriving prepared for each venue — appropriate golf attire for golf, closed-toe shoes for Karting and Clays, and compliance with any venue-specific safety requirements.

Each venue controls its own participation requirements. If a venue refuses to let you participate because you ignored attire, safety, or participation rules, NLT cannot guarantee a refund for that event. Any refund or credit in that situation is determined case-by-case.

Alcohol is not included unless specifically stated. You're responsible for your own alcohol purchases and your own behavior.

Drinking or intoxication is not permitted for Clays or Karting participation. If a venue or NLT determines that someone cannot safely participate because of alcohol or intoxication, he may be removed from that activity. Any related refund is case-by-case and is not guaranteed.

Don't be the guy who ruins the weekend.

Attendees are expected to:

• Respect the venues
• Respect the staff
• Respect the other guys
• Follow safety rules
• Avoid destructive, abusive, threatening, or seriously disruptive behavior

NLT may remove someone from an activity or the weekend for unsafe, abusive, destructive, or seriously disruptive conduct. Any refund after removal is determined case-by-case and is not guaranteed.

Individual venues may require their own waivers, releases, or participation forms. You're responsible for completing any required venue documents before participating.

By attending NLT, you acknowledge that photos and video may be taken during the weekend. NLT may use event photos and video for the NLT website, social media, future Invitational promotion, event recaps, and brand marketing.

You're responsible for your own belongings, equipment, vehicles, phones, wallets, clothing, and personal property during the weekend. NLT is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Payment for full registration is currently handled through Venmo. Payment confirmation is manual — allow up to 48 hours for payment verification and delivery of your unique merch code. There's no instant automated receipt or instant merch code.
